Winthrop Statue, Capitol Building, Hartford, CT

This carved granite statue of John Winthrop, former Governor of the Colony of Connecticut in the 1600's, is perched one third of the way up the rear side of the State Capitol Building facing towards Bushnell Park in Hartford.
