Mountain Top Butterfly Garden
Talcott Mountain, Simsbury, CT

The Butterfly Garden is located atop Talcott Mountain in Simsbury, Connecticut at the base of the Heublein Tower. During the summer months the butterflies are attracted to the yellow cone flowers. This photograph is a semi-finalist in the Nature category in the International Open Amateur Photography Contest and will be featured in Life's Gallery (ISBN 0-7951-5101-2; $69.95) published in the Spring of 2002 by the International Library of Photography.
